I became interested in photography during my childhood and developed an interest and curiosity with cameras and taking images. As I became more interested in this line of work I began to explore the educational possibilities open to me to develop my skills to enable me fulfil my dream of becoming a photographer. I did my Btec Diploma in photography and design at City of Westminster College, followed by an HNC in Graphic Design as I was interested in combining both elements of this with my work. Whilst studying for my photography degree I had the opportunity to go to Thailand to research and document, by photographic imagery, the Thai Buddhist Monks and their way of living. I felt that I had not completed my research and developed my skills fully so decided to do a Masters Degree in Communication and Design. This has allowed my to push boundaries and become more of a lateral thinker within the photographic world and expand my ideas in future and existing projects. When I have finished my Masters I am looking to develop my skills further with a production company and also work freelance. I am always looking for new projects to challenge and develop me.
