Norwich University of the Arts offers students a range of accommodation options to suit all requirements and budgets.

From the University’s high specification halls of residence at All Saints Green in central Norwich, to its budget-friendly halls at Beechcroft just a short bus ride from the campus, NUA students are extremely well catered for.

Who can apply for accommodation?

New undergraduate students that hold a conditional or unconditional firm offer to study with us will have an opportunity to apply.

When can I apply for accommodation?

You can apply for NUA Accommodation from approximately April.

How do I apply for accommodation?

You will be able to apply via the NUA pre-enrolment portal. You will be sent details about how to apply and how the allocation process works as soon as we have confirmed details within our Accommodation Office.

In University-managed accommodation, NUA complies with the Universities UK/Guild HE Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing.

NUA’s Accommodation team will invite you to join the NUA Accommodation Facebook group and put your name on the Year One student share list to help you find your new housemates.
