Accommodation

Study. Make friends. Socialise. Norwich is one of the UK’s friendliest and most affordable cities – with a range of accommodation options for students to choose from to suit their budget and needs.

Ranked in the top 10 safest towns and cities for students by StuRents.com, Norwich blends cosmopolitan contemporary life and striking heritage.

The cost of living in Norwich and the cost of accommodation are lower than in London — making Norwich a more affordable destination to study.

Most students live within a short distance of our campus — choosing to cycle or walk to the university, keeping travel costs low and avoiding the need to commute.

You will feel at home and well-catered for whatever your budget — from Norwich’s high-specification halls of residence at All Saints Green in the heart of Norwich to Beechcroft and Rochester Court just a short bus or cycle ride away. Our award-winning campus accommodation, Duke Street Riverside, launched in September 2021.

Students are also able to select the independently managed Crown Place or St Crispin’s House.

In all university-managed accommodation, Norwich University of the Arts is fully compliant with the Universities UK/Guild HE Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing.
