Short courses
Our forward-thinking short courses have been designed to offer focused study into key subject areas for the creative industries of the future. These courses thread together core creative approaches with the possibilities and strategic advantages of technology.
Teaching is entirely online and on-demand to allow flexibility with your other commitments, and you will have access to our offering of creative facilities and an extensive range of software, for the duration of your short course.
What are Short Courses?
Short courses typically take up to a year to complete and offer a shorter study option than a more traditional undergraduate or postgraduate course. At Norwich University of the Arts, short courses are delivered entirely online and are on-demand, so you can study at your own pace, allowing you the flexibility to balance your course around other commitments.
The Level 4 Basics of Creative Coding course is designed to be an introductory route into working creatively with computer programming providing a route to either related work opportunities or further study. If you have not previously considered a career in creative software development, this course could be an ideal starting point.
Level 6 courses are designed to augment or add to your existing knowledge or qualifications in an area of study. They are ideal for those looking to shift their career focus without entirely retraining, providing you with technical skills in the subject area and helping prepare you for a role in industry.
