From Friday 2nd September NUA’s main entrance on St Georges Street will be thrown open to the public to enable access to an exhibition of the graduating work of its latest cohort of postgraduate students. Work on display will include graphic design concepts, paintings, short films and animations and textile patterns from the University College’s MA courses in Moving Image and Sound, Communication Design, Animation and Sound Design, Fine Art, Textile Design and Digital Arts.

“Our postgraduate students enjoy highly qualified specialist teaching and are immersed in a creative and challenging environment, which has consistently turned out artists, designers and media practitioners that are innovative in their thinking and creativity,” says NUA Vice-Chancellor John Last. “This tends to result in an end-of-year exhibition which presents work that is the resolution of intense focus and theoretical rigour.”

The display of postgraduate work will open between the hours of 10am and 4pm from 2nd until the 6th September (except Sunday).
