Ideas FactoryNUA is an Incubation Centre for creative digital businesses. Set in the heart of Norwich’s creative community, we offer space, support and advice to digital creative companies. The centre offers a dynamic environment to work with like-minded businesses to build and grow your business.
Set over four floors, the building offers a beautifully designed space to work from. We have six independent 3 or 4 person offices and 22 individual desk spaces in our open plan Hatchery.
All space is fully furnished with lockable storage. High speed internet in included. Our terms are flexible to allow for the changing demands of new businesses.
The Ideas FactoryNUA has professional meeting rooms with state of the art AV facilities to accommodate all client/team meetings.
A 24 seat boardroom. The space includes two large screens and multiple network and power points. The space is suitable for board meetings, networking events and workshops. The boardroom seats 24 boardroom style, 50 theatre style and up to 90 standing.

More than just a place to work, the Ideas FactoryNUA is a creative community for our businesses. The centre offers a place for people who are interested in working collaboratively, extending their networks of people, and working side by side with other creative businesses.
The centre is home to graphic designers, photographers, digital product designers, film makers, animators, illustrators, writers and UX specialists.
The Ideas FactoryNUA offers a programme of events for all businesses based within the centre. The programme is designed to support the needs of digital start-ups and helps them develop plans for growth and sustainability. The programme is tailored around the needs of our businesses, we realise that during their time here, our businesses will grow, and we offer advice for different stages of this journey.
We offer a monthly finance and tax clinic, a legal clinic, business mentoring, regular networking events, business planning workshops as well as talks on funding and marketing. Our business team are always on hand to offer one to one support.
We work closely with our network of contacts to share relevant events.
