Jeanette Bolton Martin
"As an MA student, there’s a focus on students being able to follow their own path to develop their practice."
"The really interesting thing about the MA is that it’s practice-led. Practice is absolutely your main focus and this exciting process is about shaping and reshaping what you do."
MA Fine Art
"The course balances material innovation and academic research, along with a contextual understanding of where your work fits into the field. There is an emphasis on pushing boundaries and challenging existing perspectives."
MA Textile Design
Emily Jane Morgan
"The MA structure and the tight-knit community here has encouraged me to consider the ways in which my practice can be innovative in the broader context of the industry."
"The focus on both independent and collaborative work means that you get the opportunity to hone your personal craft, but also develop your understanding of team pipelines and established industry practices."
Bradley Morgan Johnson
"I truly found my niche at the very end of my BA course and realised I needed more time to fully develop my professional practice. The course was a great opportunity to fine tune my skillset for production art."
MA Moving Image and Sound
"As a designer, I now find myself thinking more creatively and, through the course, I am finding new artistic freedom in research and experimentation."
"The MA is really about your professional development and not just whilst you are on the course but also where you are heading."
"What I most loved about my experience, is that the MA teaching and support staff is incredibly hands on, generous and engaged with each of the students."
