British Art Show 8

Norwich University of the Arts and East GalleryNUA held British Art Show 8 across campus in conjunction with Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery.

The British Art Show is the biggest touring exhibition of contemporary art in the UK. Launched in 1979 and organised every five years by the Hayward Gallery as part of the Hayward Touring programme, the British Art Show is widely recognised as the most ambitious and influential exhibition of contemporary British art.

The British Art Show 8 was a free exhibition open to the public, NUA hosted a summer of free events, lectures and workshops to compliment the work on display.
