Student Support Administrator and Receptionist – temporary

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Student Support Administrator/ Receptionist to work within the busy Student Support team which supports students with their mental health, welfare and wellbeing, student finance, disability and specific learning differences, and accommodation.

The postholder will be responsible for undertaking general office administration and reception duties including greeting and directing visitors, students and staff; assisting students with enquiries, booking student appointments with members of the Student Support team and forwarding calls to relevant colleagues.

You will be a friendly communicator with excellent organisation skills and a can-do attitude. The postholder will enjoy working with people and will be committed to providing an excellent customer service.

The postholder will undertake administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the service, having an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Salary: £21,135 to £23,487 per annum
