Course Administration Team Leader (2 posts)
We are looking to appoint two full-time, campus-based, Team Leaders to supervise a busy team of course administrators.
The Team Leaders will be responsible for managing the delivery of a comprehensive administrative service across the University in support of course teams and students, as well as ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the Student Enquiries Office.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of having delivered high quality and effective administrative support in a busy team environment with demanding deadlines. You will require the ability to plan, organise and prioritise not just your own workload but that of your team members.
In fulfilling these key roles, the successful candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, with a strong and inclusive customer focus towards staff and students from a diverse range of backgrounds. They will draw upon excellent IT and digital expertise in order to present and disseminate complex information and communicate with others.
