Norwich is here for you

Norwich is here for you

We are proud to sit in the heart of the City of Norwich; a creative city, often helping others and recognised as the UK’s first sharing city.

We’ve put together this list of some of the community-led resources during COVID-19 for your everyday life; some with a creative or mindfulness focus.

Here to Help Support Group

Ran by BA (Hons) Film and Moving Image Production alum, TP Hyland, this Facebook group is there for users to show support and help each other in Norwich.

It could be giving away unneeded food, walking a dog or sharing useful information – it is a great way to connect with your neighbours.

Join the group.

Norwich Farmshare

A community based project where you can select fruit, vegetable and eggs grown on a farm and then pick up from a local hub. Now, your order will be delivered to you via cycle courier.

This recently set up app is a directory of local businesses that are delivering during this time. From green grocers, to bakeries, hardware stores, restaurants and farm shops, there’s even our friends the Book Hive.

Get vegan products delivered to you

Regularly, for your plant-based needs, Norwich has you covered. Both local shops Tofurei and Little Shop of Vegans are now offering deliveries to your home.

If you’re feeling you need a dose of healthiness to your life, you could order from Love Bites, a vegan friendly and gluten free snack, made locally and delivered in the post!

Relaxing Piano Live

Follow along with this free relaxing piano recital on Facebook on Sunday 5 April at 7pm. Looking to become a regular streamed session, this could be just what your Sunday wind-down needs.
