Norwich University of the Arts has won ‘Best Website’ at the Prospects Postgraduate Awards 2014, a national scheme that celebrates the very best in postgraduate education.
Prospects Chief Executive Mike Hall, who hosted the awards ceremony which was attended by over 150 leaders in the provision of postgraduate education, said: “The judges were unanimous in the winner for this award, commending everything about the project from budget spend to their navigational tools. The site suits their target audience very well and shows a real understanding of student considerations while researching further study options.”
The NUA website was re-launched in 2013 with a new layout designed by Cambridge-based creative agency The District. The site includes galleries of art, design and media work by students, overviews of course content and short films about postgraduate news and events. The site has also won the Silver Award at the Roses Creative Awards 2014 and was Highly Commended at the 2014 HEIST Awards.
The Prospects Postgraduate Awards is the only annual event solely dedicated to celebrating best practice and the most exciting campaigns and developments in UK postgraduate education. The awards are sponsored by University Business and the judging panel includes representatives from the NUS, Association of Graduate Recruiters and the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
